About the Role

Property Litigation Solicitor (0-3 PQE) | Manchester | £67,000-£75,000 + Bonus + Benefits

You'll be joining a partner-led team at this international firm, with a clear reputation in landlord and tenant work across the office, retail and logistics sectors and a steady flow of high-quality instructions coming from developers, investors, and national occupiers.

Why this role is worth a look:
  • Working alongside a highly experienced partner (15+ years in the market)
  • Exposure to well-known clients across development, investment and asset management
  • Clear progression route from day one
  • Proper hybrid working that people actually use
  • A team that invests in development rather than just expecting output
The role
You'll work closely with a senior property litigation specialist on a broad mix of disputes linked to the full real estate lifecycle - acquisition, disposal, development and ongoing asset management.

The work will be varied but with a strong core around landlord and tenant matters, including lease disputes, dilapidations, possession, rent recovery and contentious asset management issues. Alongside that, you'll pick up more ad hoc disputes for developers and investors, giving you early exposure to more strategic work.

This is not a narrow role. You'll build a well-rounded disputes skillset quickly, with increasing responsibility as you progress.

What they're looking for
You'll likely be between NQ and 3 PQE with some exposure to property litigation. Just as important is attitude - someone who wants to learn, get involved and build a career in this space.

Salary & benefits
  • £67,000 - £75,000 base salary
  • Discretionary bonus scheme
  • Hybrid working (typically 2-3 days in the office)
  • 25+ days holiday with the option to buy more
  • Private medical insurance
  • Enhanced pension contribution
  • Life assurance
  • Income protection
  • Wellbeing support and mental health resources
  • Clear and structured development programme
  • Regular salary reviews
  • Social and team events that people actually attend
There's a real focus here on long-term development. You won't be lost in a large team or left waiting for work to come your way.

If you're early in your career and want to build proper expertise in property litigation, this is a very good place to do it.

If it's of interest, happy to run through the detail and give you a clearer picture of the team and progression.
