This is a highly visible, newly created role where you'll analyze portfolio performance, advise ownership on strategies to increase Net Operating Income (NOI), collaborate with operations, and have the opportunity to build processes and truly make the role your own. Responsibilities: Act as the primary financial strategist for a growing multifamily portfolio, identifying trends and key performance indicators to optimize overall asset value Analyze financial data and property performance to develop, recommend, and execute strategic initiatives aimed at increasing Net Operating Income (NOI) Transform complex financial data and market analytics into actionable business strategies and presentations for leadership Partner closely with the CFO to manage portfolio health, align financial goals, and support high-level corporate decision-making. Work hand-in-hand with property management and operations teams to ensure site-level execution aligns with overarching financial objectives Design, implement, and refine asset management workflows, reporting templates, and financial models Use critical thinking and independent problem-solving to proactively identify inefficiencies and implement value-add solutions across the portfolio Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field 3-5+ years of relevant experience Compensation and Benefits: Salary Range: $110,000–$125,000 This role is also eligible for various benefits, including: Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, Life Insurance, 401(k), Paid Time Off, Vacation Actual base salary will be determined based on an individual's experience, skills, education, certifications, credentials, special skills, accomplishments, and other factors relevant to the position.
