Looking to kick-start your career in Food Product Development ? We’re recruiting for a Development Technologist / Product Developer opportunity with a fast-growing food manufacturing business — an ideal role for a recent Food Science, Food Innovation, Nutrition or related graduate eager to build a career in NPD. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on exposure across the full product development lifecycle, working within a collaborative team on innovative food products from concept through to launch. The Opportunity: Support the development of new and innovative food products Work alongside experienced NPD professionals on customer-led projects Create product samples and support product submissions Collaborate with technical, commercial, procurement and operations teams Support factory trials, launches and continuous product improvement Stay ahead of food trends, innovation and industry developments We’re looking for: A degree in Food Science, Food Innovation, Nutrition or a related subject A genuine passion for food, trends and product development Strong organisation, communication and teamwork skills A proactive, curious mindset and willingness to learn Someone excited by working in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment Whether you’re a recent graduate or have gained some industry exposure through placements, internships or part-time work, this role offers an excellent platform to develop your skills and grow your career within food manufacturing.
