About the Role
Holy Cross Regional Catholic School is searching for a full time Advancement Director. The Advancement Director reports to the Principal and is responsible for the overall planning, management, coordination and evaluation of the enrollment management, development, communications and constituent/public relations programs of the school - activities that create a supportive climate for enrollment and fundraising. This is all in an effort to provide sufficient resources to ensure the School can achieve its mission.
The right candidate must be a practicing Catholic with a strong commitment to Catholic Education. He or she must exhibit a passion in articulating the mission of Holy Cross Regional School to students, parents, faculty and the community. Experience in enrollment management, development, sales, marketing, communication and/or volunteer management a plus. Experience in a a parochial or not-for-profit environment preferred. Bachelor's degree in related field strongly preferred.
