We are seeking qualified social workers who are committed to delivering high-quality assessments and interventions in a dynamic and supportive environment.
As a member of our Assessment Team, you will be responsible for:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks.
Developing and implementing tailored intervention plans in collaboration with families and other professionals.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation.
Participating in multi-agency meetings and contributing to effective partnership working.
Providing support and guidance to families, ensuring their voices are heard throughout the assessment process.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
Registered with Social Work England.
Experience working within children's services, particularly in assessment and safeguarding.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children and families.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a varied caseload.
