The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills: A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registered with Social Work England. Experience working within children's services, particularly in assessment and safeguarding. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children and families. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a varied caseload.
