<p data-start="224" data-end="382"><strong data-start="224" data-end="382">Got People are recruiting for an experienced Factory Manager on behalf of a global manufacturing business with operations across Europe, Asia and the USA.</strong></p>
<p data-start="384" data-end="558">This organisation delivers comprehensive solutions, combining project consultancy with advanced machine and die technology, supported by a network of over 30 sites worldwide.</p>
<p data-start="560" data-end="704">This is a senior leadership opportunity to manage a busy production facility and play a key role in driving performance, efficiency and quality.</p>

<h3 data-section-id="mnykyz" data-start="711" data-end="727"><strong data-start="715" data-end="727">The Role</strong></h3>
<p data-start="728" data-end="889">Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will lead a team of approximately 35 staff, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of all factory operations.</p>
<p data-start="891" data-end="1056">You will be responsible for delivering products on time, in full, and to the highest quality standards, while fostering a strong, motivated and high-performing team.</p>

<h3 data-section-id="165gfiz" data-start="1063" data-end="1091"><strong data-start="1067" data-end="1091">Key Responsibilities</strong></h3>
<ul data-start="1092" data-end="1676">
<li data-section-id="1sp4ggy" data-start="1092" data-end="1180">Oversee all factory operations, including Production, Packing, Delivery and Despatch</li>
<li data-section-id="1zj2yn" data-start="1181" data-end="1240">Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety regulations</li>
<li data-section-id="uvkgxl" data-start="1241" data-end="1294">Lead, motivate and develop a team of 35 employees</li>
<li data-section-id="k1qk8s" data-start="1295" data-end="1396">Work closely with Customer Services to align production with commercial priorities and lead times</li>
<li data-section-id="16j3osv" data-start="1397" data-end="1462">Maintain consistent, high-quality output across all processes</li>
<li data-section-id="n03q1x" data-start="1463" data-end="1532">Drive continuous improvement initiatives using LEAN methodologies</li>
<li data-section-id="1e7bkjc" data-start="1533" data-end="1607">Support site management, including operational efficiency and security</li>
<li data-section-id="5coznl" data-start="1608" data-end="1676">Coordinate ongoing training and development across the workforce</li>

<li data-section-id="4v3x8o" data-start="1785" data-end="1851">Strong leadership, organisational and people management skills</li>
<li data-section-id="166ujvj" data-start="1852" data-end="1907">Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities</li>
<li data-section-id="rvt9rt" data-start="1908" data-end="1971">Experience within a manufacturing or production environment</li>
<li data-section-id="1w1n7hs" data-start="1972" data-end="2037">Proactive, hands-on approach within a dynamic management team</li>
<li data-section-id="1hbm61p" data-start="2038" data-end="2084">Good IT skills; SAP knowledge advantageous</li>
<li data-section-id="134xqx3" data-start="2085" data-end="2115">Forklift licence desirable</li>
