<p>Senior Site Manager | Resi Developer | Carmarthenshire | £65-80k + Package</p>
<p>I have a Senior Site Manager vacancy available in Carmarthenshire for a residential developer</p>
<p>I am working closely with the contracts manager, this is a new project, works timber frame.</p>
<p>Duties:</p>
<p>– Take full responsibility for delivering high-value projects safely, on time and within budget<br />
– Lead and inspire site teams including subcontractors, assistants, and trainees<br />
– Coordinate programmes, manage site standards and champion compliance<br />
– Collaborate with internal teams, clients and consultants to overcome challenges and meet targets</p>
