About the Role
<p><span>This role is based at our Corporate Office in Menomonee Falls, WI. You’ll work onsite from Monday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Fridays.</span></p><p></p><p><b><b>About the Role</b></b></p><p><span>In this role, you will analyze and report on Kohl's marketing campaign strategies and tactics by customer, product and channel. You will use a consultative approach, working with Marketing strategy teams to define campaign test objectives, determine proper test design to ensure measurability, clearly define actionable KPIs and generate campaign insights.</span></p><p></p><p><b><b>What You’ll Do</b></b></p><ul><li><p><span>Work with strategy teams to define campaign test objectives</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ensure that all campaigns have defined and measurable KPIs</span></p></li><li><p><span>Generate campaign insights and evaluate marketing effectiveness to inform key decision-makers and strategic initiatives</span></p></li><li><p><span>Provide insights gathered from multiple data sources and translate insights into a compelling story to inform senior leadership</span></p></li><li><p><span>Use high-level data modeling techniques to perform analysis</span></p></li><li><p><span>Create testing recaps and prepare visualizations based on recommendations</span></p></li><li><p><span>Develop and implement process improvements and identify ways to automate and provide self-serve capabilities to marketing partners through standardization and process improvement</span></p></li><li><p><span>Work with Marketing Technology and IT to provide business requirements for standardization, automation and better data</span></p></li><li><p><span>Leverage GCP BigQuery environment and data science tools (i.e. SQL, Python, or R) to develop and improve upon core statistical testing code</span></p></li><li><p><span>Work in a matrixed organization with multiple stakeholders</span></p></li><li><p><span>Additional tasks may be assigned</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><b>What Skills You Have</b></b></p><p><span>Required</span></p><ul><li><p><span>Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Business, Statistics, Computer Science, Management Information Systems or other related field</span></p></li><li><p><span>2+ years of experience working on an analytics team performing statistical analysis and/or data modeling</span></p></li><li><p><span>Proficient with SQL</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience with Python or R</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience working with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI)</span></p></li><li><p><span>Understanding of sound data visualization practices</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience working with inferential statistical methods such as t-tests, ANOVAs, Chi-Sq</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience with appropriate measurement methods across online and offline channels</span></p></li></ul><p><span>Preferred</span></p><ul><li><p><span>Experience conducting A/B testing</span></p></li><li><p><span>Advanced Degree in Data Science, Data Analytics or similar</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience with supervised and unsupervised machine learning models</span></p></li></ul>
