With weekly sales up to 50,000 and a reputation for fresh, seasonal food and outstanding service, this is an exciting opportunity to lead a thriving venue with a loyal customer base. What You’ll Be Doing: Overseeing all aspects of the business, ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day operations. Leading, developing, and motivating a large front and back-of-house team. Driving sales and maintaining consistently high service standards in a busy, high-volume environment. Managing compliance, stock control, and financial performance to ensure profitability. Delivering exceptional guest experiences while nurturing strong relationships with the local community.
