JOB PURPOSE
Management of all aspects of the on-trade IFT and L&T accounts within the allocated area, maximising their potential by building strong business relationships and delivering profitable volume growth, new distribution and agreed business objectives in line with key KPIs and budget.
KEY RESULT AREAS / PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive product distribution within the on-trade by identifying new business opportunities and winning new accounts.
- Develop existing customers by supporting and expanding product listings.
- Identify and manage key multiple operator accounts in collaboration with the Business Development Manager, while supporting key national account promotions and future tender opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with RTM partners.
- Establish and maintain regular communication with key operators and other valuable industry contacts.
- Develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives to strengthen brand presence and perception within the on-trade.
- Ensure product quality and consistency across all accounts through regular account visits, staff training and quality assessments.
- Deliver timely and effective resolutions to customer enquiries.
- Carry out regular account audits, contract reviews and account management while maintaining accurate customer records.
- Continually assess the territory to maintain a detailed understanding of the on-trade landscape, regional market dynamics and industry developments.
- Effectively utilise available tools and resources (including CRM, trade investment, brand activations and POS) and provide regular KPI and performance reporting to the Field Sales Manager.
