About the Role
We are seeking a Head of Administration in Finance, primarily supporting the following tasks:
Processing and reviewing purchase and sales invoices
Accounts receivable and accounts payable management
Ensuring timely processing and continuity of administrative tasks
Budgets and reporting
Processing VATs
Alignment with management regarding priorities, reporting, and financial planning
Assisting with HR tasks (e.g payroll, administration of leaves)
Profiel
Minimum 3 years of experience in finance in the Netherlands;
Proficiency in English; Dutch fluency is not required;
Available to commute to the office in Amsterdam Diemen;
Available for 24-40 hours;
Start immediately, no relocation possible;
Experience with Exact is a plus.
