<p><strong><u>As a Production Technician, your key responsibilities will include:</u></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Operating manufacturing machinery and process equipment</li>
<li>Completing production and batch documentation accurately</li>
<li>Following SOPs, GMP standards and quality procedures</li>
<li>Carrying out data entry and maintaining accurate production records</li>
<li>Working within a regulated manufacturing environment</li>
<li>Supporting process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives</li>
<li>Following health & safety procedures and wearing the required PPE</li>
<li>Maintaining high standards of cleanliness within the production area</li>
</ul>

<p><strong><u>Requirements:</u></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Previous experience within a manufacturing or production environment is essential</li>
<li>Experience operating machinery and equipment</li>
<li>Ability to follow written instructions and standard operating procedures</li>
<li>Good attention to detail</li>
<li>Basic PC skills and experience completing documentation accurately</li>
<li>Strong communication skills, both written and verbally</li>
<li>Experience within a regulated, GMP or cleanroom environment would be advantageous</li>

<p>This is a permanent position working 7am to 7pm on a 4 days on, 4 days off shift pattern. The role includes weekend and bank holiday shifts as part of a rotating schedule. The salary is £25,783 plus a £3,100 shift allowance, giving a total package of £28,883. This position is fully site-based in Worthing.</p>
