Venn Group are pleased to be working with a highly reputable, fully remote firm to recruit a Claimant Clinical Negligence Locum Solicitor to assist with a Grade B–C caseload. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor seeking high-quality, fully remote work on a flexible basis. The assignment is offered on an initial 3-month contract, outside IR35, with a strong possibility of extension. An immediate start is available. The Role You will join an established clinical negligence team, managing a Grade B–C claimant caseload which will include: Running files from inception to resolution Drafting pleadings, witness statements and schedules of loss Instructing and liaising with medical experts and counsel Conducting negotiations and progressing matters efficiently Providing high standards of client care throughout The successful candidate will be confident handling matters independently and comfortable working within a fully remote environment.
