Lettings Negotiator
Finchley | Independent Estate Agency | Busy 5-Star Office
We're looking for an experienced Lettings Negotiator with a minimum of 2 years' lettings experience to join a well-established independent agency in Finchley.
This is a high-volume, fast-moving office with strong demand, repeat landlords, and a steady pipeline of instructions. You'll be working in a small, experienced team with clear earning potential and no corporate layers.
The Role
Registering applicants and matching them to available properties
Booking and conducting viewings
Negotiating lets and progressing deals to move-in
Managing renewals and maintaining landlord relationships
Working closely with property management and sales teams
Identifying sales opportunities from the lettings pipeline
Earnings & Package
£45,000 - £60,000 OTE
Basic salary circa £25,000 (depending on experience)
15% commission, rising to 20%
10% additional commission on renewals
15% additional commission on any sales deals agreed
Monthly and quarterly incentive bonuses
Petrol allowance
What We're Looking For
Minimum 2 years' experience as a Lettings Negotiator
Proven ability to handle busy pipelines and multiple deals
Confident negotiator with clear telephone communication
Comfortable working in a high-activity office environment
Organised, commercially aware, and reliable
