Marketing Assistant

Blue Legal is partnering with a growing legal services business to recruit a Marketing Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for a creative and proactive marketer to join a fast-paced team, supporting the delivery of digital marketing campaigns, content creation, social media activity and marketing automation initiatives. The role is predominantly remote, with occasional travel to the London or Birmingham office for meetings and team collaboration.

The Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain HubSpot, including CRM administration, email marketing, workflows, contact segmentation and landing page creation.
• Support the planning and delivery of webinar campaigns, managing registration journeys, email communications and marketing automation.
• Create engaging marketing materials and digital assets using Canva, Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator.
• Manage and grow social media channels, with a particular focus on LinkedIn, while repurposing content across multiple platforms.
• Edit and produce video content for marketing campaigns using tools such as CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Build and optimise email nurture campaigns, analysing performance data and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Support multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring activity is delivered on time and aligned with business objectives.

The Candidate:

• Previous experience in a marketing role, ideally within a professional services, legal, financial services or B2B environment.
• Strong design and content creation skills, with experience using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite and the ability to showcase a portfolio of work.
• Experience using HubSpot or a similar CRM and marketing automation platform, alongside excellent communication and organisational skills.
