About the Role

ImpactDistinct brands.
Shared purpose.

At The Freeman Company, our impact is anchored in People, Planet, and Principles — not as a checklist, but as commitments that shape how we operate and move forward.
Together, they turn ambition into meaningful progress for our customers, our communities, and our industry.

People

Belonging. Growth. Collective opportunities.
We believe that when people feel valued and supported, they do their best work. Creating a culture of belonging fuels creativity, strengthens collaboration, and leads to better outcomes for our customers and communities.

Planet

The future depends on the sustainable work we do today.
Sustainability is woven into everything we do. That means doing our part to discover and implement innovative solutions to protect the environment that sustains us.

Our efforts prioritize the areas where we can make the biggest difference, including fuels, electricity, materials, waste. With smart practices, eco-friendly materials, outreach, and education, we can minimize the environmental impact of events.

Net Zero Carbon
Events Initiative

As a founding member of the Net Zero Carbon Events (NZCE) industry initiative, we will:

Collaborate with partners, suppliers, and customers to drive change across the event value chain

Measure and track our Greenhouse gas emissions according to industry best practices

Report our progress at least every two years

Net Zero Carbon
Pledge

We aligned our goals with the Net Zero Carbon Pledge not only to reduce our carbon footprint, but to leave a positive imprint at every event. To that end, we are committed to the following goals:

Reduce our scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions by 50% by 2030

Achieve net zero carbon by 2050

Achieve zero waste by 2050

Principles

How we operate matters.
These standards guide our work and how we show up for our people, partners, and customers. At TFC, these commitments are built into our systems, training, and decision‑making — from safety and risk management to ethics and accountability. By embedding strong principles, we create environments that are safe, resilient, and worthy of trust.
