<p>A successful, award-winning multi-disciplinary design company with locations in Northwood, Middlesex, and Watford, Hertfordshire, is seeking an experienced Interior Designer to join their dynamic and creative team. The company specialises in high-end residential and developer projects, offering a full spectrum of design services including complete interior design solutions, show home design and installation, RIBA Chartered architectural services, interior architecture consultancy, bespoke furniture, lighting and interior design showroom, a tiling studio with unique selections, and a comprehensive design and build service. The role provides the opportunity to work on a variety of projects from inception to completion in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.</p>

<p><strong>Daily Duties</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Report directly to the Design Director</li>
<li>Support private client and show home interior design briefs</li>
<li>Source, design, and implement interior schemes for clients</li>
<li>Prepare presentations, mood boards, and proposals to a high standard</li>
<li>Liaise with suppliers and the in-house Customer Service team</li>
<li>Work on pricing, quotations, client budgets, and costings</li>
<li>Design show homes and collaborate on larger projects with the broader team</li>
<li>Undertake surveys and measurements as required</li>
<li>Assist in managing workflow and team coordination</li>
<li>Attend client meetings, installations, and manage onsite fitting teams</li>
<li>Contribute to generating new business and maintaining client relationships</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Ideal Candidate</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Over several years’ experience in interior design for private residential, developer, and show home projects</li>
<li>Strong FF&E experience across a range of price points</li>
<li>Excellent spatial awareness, attention to detail, and creative skills</li>
<li>Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and other 3D modelling packages</li>
<li>Knowledge of residential furniture and lighting sales, including UK and European brands, advantageous</li>
<li>Understanding of fabrics, wallpapers, and sourcing trips; willing to travel locally to sites and warehouses</li>
<li>Strong organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills</li>
<li>Ability to manage junior and intermediate team members effectively</li>
<li>Own car essential</li>
<li>Resilient, able to prioritise tasks, manage conflicting demands, and work under pressure</li>
<li>Confident and personable with clients, demonstrating conviction and professionalism</li>
