Project Architect

The Project Architect leads residential and hospitality projects from concept through completion. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of design excellence, client relationships, and technical delivery. You’ll serve as the primary client contact, manage project schedules and budgets, coordinate with consultants and contractors, and guide teams through all phases of ground-up construction. With seven or more years of experience, you’ll balance design intent with practical execution while fostering a collaborative environment that elevates both projects and people.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited program Minimum of 7 years of experience in architectural design Experience in Project Management specific to ground-up Experience leading a team Excellent design skills from the conceptual to the detailed A keen eye for detail both custom and standard Outstanding communication ability with clients, contractors & co-workers Knowledge of ArchiCad, Adobe Suite or ArchiOffice a plus but not required.

• Proficiency in ArchiCAD Licensed Architect a plus (California license preferred, but not required)
