The role is based in Redditch, onsite Monday to Friday 9am -5pm

What does the role involve?

• Facilitating returns supporting the Customer Care Specialist team, alongside collections and issue credits to clients where applicable.
• Provide support to finance team - Investigate invoice queries aiming for quick resolution
• Purchase ledger end to end processes, including chasing overdue invoices, customer PO numbers, travel costs allocation, service orders. Approve supplier invoices
• Maintain and update customer and service-related information within Salesforce
• Ensure all files are filed correctly - with attention to detail for invoices.
• Support service engineers by preparing files for any outstanding invoices for clients they are going to service their machines.
• Chase customer purchase order numbers and service order numbers.
• Book flights and accommodation internationally for the Field Service Technicians when they visit customer sites.

Ideal Skills and Experience

• Proven experience working in Administrator role.
• Exposure to fast-paced Manufacturing or Engineering environments
• Experience working with SAP or Salesforce.
• Strong time management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work across multiple internal teams and liaise with customers.
