Production Operative - Food ManufacturingLocation: Cleobury Mortimer Pay: £13.11 per hour Shifts: Rotating (Days & Afternoons) Job Type: Temporary to Permanent We are recruiting for a Production Operative to join a highly positive, well-established local manufacturer supplying specialist technical baking raising agents to the food industry. This role would suit someone who enjoys hands-on, physical work in a manufacturing or factory environment and is looking for long-term stability, progression and regular financial rewards. Why Apply?£13.11 per hour Quarterly bonus scheme - £250 every 4 months (target dependant) Salary reviews every 6 months once permanent Ongoing training and development Genuine career progression opportunities Friendly, supportive team culture Regular company social events Secure and growing business Shift Pattern (Rotating):06:00 - 14:15 | Monday - Friday 13:15 - 21:30 | Monday - Friday Key Responsibilities:Manual handling of food ingredient bags (up to 25kg, repetitive lifting) Operating large industrial mixing machinery Completing production and quality paperwork Maintaining a high standard of factory cleanliness Adhering to food safety and health & safety regulations Wearing required PPE, including masks (powdered environment) Operating a Counterbalance FLT (advantageous but not essential) What We're Looking For:Comfortable with physical, hands-on production work Previous experience in manufacturing, food production or factory roles is beneficial but not essential This Production Operative position could be suitable for candidates with experience as a Warehouse Operative, Picker-Packer, Assembly Operative, Factory Operative or Factory Worker Counterbalance FLT licence desirable, not essential Good attention to detail and a positive, reliable attitude Full UK driving licence and own transport essential due to rural location Interested?If you're looking for a stable Production Operative role with strong benefits, bonuses and long-term progression, we'd love to hear from you.
