  • Lead structured analysis and process redesign across Partners and Process governance domains.

  • Translate business requirements into configuration-ready documentation with full traceability.

  • Support data migration, integration validation, and reconciliation controls.

Job Description

Main Duties & Responsibilities of the role:

  • Lead structured analysis and process redesign across Partners and Process governance domains.

  • Translate business requirements into configuration-ready documentation with full traceability.

  • Support data migration, integration validation, and reconciliation controls.

  • Contribute to structured testing cycles and implementation readiness.

  • Promote standardisation and challenge unnecessary customisation in line with adopt-not-adapt principles.

  • Compliance & General


    Comply with relevant legislative and other requirements (e.g., the Data Protection Act 2018 and GDPR; Health and Safety; UKVI; and Equality and Diversity) in all working practices.

Such other duties temporarily or on a continuing basis, as may reasonably be required.
