About the Role
<p><strong>Temporary Customer Service Administrator 6881</strong></p>
<p><strong>Location:</strong> Quedgeley, Gloucester<br />
<strong>Start Date:</strong> ASAP<br />
<strong>Hours:</strong> 08:30 – 17:00, Monday to Friday<br />
<strong>Duration:</strong> Until end of May<br />
<strong>Pay:</strong> £13.19 per hour</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities of a Customer Service Administrator:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Accurately raise, check and approve sales orders, ensuring 100% accuracy</li>
<li>Support the Customer Success team with general administrative duties</li>
<li>Manage inboxes, triaging emails and sending holding responses where needed</li>
<li>Answer and direct inbound calls, providing a professional first point of contact</li>
<li>Organise samples or swatches for customers as required</li>
<li>Manage inbound and outbound post</li>
<li>Greet visitors and manage reception/intercom queries</li>
<li>Maintain and update client portals and internal systems</li>
<li>Support with data entry and general administration</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Key Skills of a Customer Service Administrator:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy</li>
<li>Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage a varied workload</li>
<li>Confident communication skills, both written and verbal</li>
<li>Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office</li>
<li>Professional and friendly telephone manner</li>
<li>Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Proactive and adaptable approach</li>
</ul>
