NetSuite - Senior Systems Integration Analyst

<span><span><b>Job Description </b></span></span><br /> <span><span><b>Duties and Responsibilities </b></span></span> <ul> <li><span><span>Understanding of the fundamentals of ecommerce, including payment systems, PCI compliance, customer navigation expectations, checkout flow, and order management concepts. </span></span></li> <li><span><span>Develop and maintain software programs and components using modern development methodologies. </span></span></li> <li><span><span>Debug, test, and troubleshoot software programs across multiple platforms and servers. </span></span></li> <li><span><span>Administer and maintain business systems across multiple platforms and servers. </span></span></li> <li><span><span>Collaborate with Operations Staff, Business Analysts, Quality Assurance, and Senior Developers to design new features and resolve problems. </span></span></li> <li><span><span>Utilize technical tools to deliver timely and high-quality products that exceed the end user’s expectations. </span></span></li> <li><span><span>Learn and research new systems, languages, technologies, and patterns. </span></span></li> </ul> <span><span><b>Required Qualifications </b></span></span> <ul> <li><span><span>3+ years of experience as an ERP administrator and/or Developer (currently using NetSuite.  Other ERP such as MS Dynamics or other packages accepted)  </span></span></li> <li><span><span>2+ years of experience with relational database management. </span></span></li> <li><span><span>2+ years of experience with EDI and System Integrations. </span></span></li> <li><span><span>Familiarity with API-based communication systems employing both SOAP and REST protocols. </span></span></li> <li><span><span>Excellent organizational and communication skills with proven analytical and problem-solving abilities. </span></span></li> </ul> <span><span><b>Preferred Qualifications </b></span></span> <ul> <li><span><span>Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field. </span></span></li> <li><span><span>4+ years of experience with the full software development lifecycle and project management or an equivalent combination of education and experience. </span></span></li> <li><span><span>2+ years of experience with the Shopify retail platform, including REST and GraphQL integration. </span></span></li> <li><span><span>Familiarity with AGILE software development methodologies. </span></span></li> <li><span><span>Experience with responsive web design frameworks.
