Product Manager

<p><span>As a Product Manager, you’ll sit at the intersection of multiple development teams and the business, ensuring technical delivery aligns with business priorities.</span></p><p><span>This is a pivotal role in shaping the user stories and requirements, driving innovation, and ensuring excellence in product delivery across the group to increase customer satisfaction, operational efficiency and revenue growth.</span></p><p><span>You’ll own and prioritise product roadmaps across AI and software platforms and coordinate cross-team efforts. You’ll work in a pragmatic, fast-moving environment where decisions are made quickly and impact is measured in real business results.</span></p><p><span><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Act as the main point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams to prioritise across AI and software platforms communicating progress, blockers and outcomes.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Influence value-driven backlog by engaging with stakeholders across multiple group functions to drive business impact.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Shape and prioritise the backlog, work with technical leads and utilise your understanding of customer needs to translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Communicate product goals and priorities to team members and stakeholders in clear, actionable terms.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Participate in architecture discussions, peer reviews, and design sprints, ensuring technical quality and maintainability.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Review and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for ongoing products and services.
