eCommerce Project Manager

<p><strong>Your role in Spyrosoft eCommerce</strong></p><p></p><p>As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for <strong>delivering e-commerce projects based on Magento</strong> – from initial analysis through implementation and further development. This role requires <strong>a high level of ownership, combining business mindset with strong technical understanding.</strong></p><p></p><p><strong>What you will be doing:</strong></p><ul><li><p>lead projects end-to-end (analysis, estimation, delivery, maintenance &amp; development)</p></li><li><p>manage <strong>scope, budget, timeline</strong>, and<strong> risks</strong></p></li><li><p>build and maintain strong client relationships – acting as the main point of contact and escalation</p></li><li><p>coordinate development teams and ensure smooth delivery flow</p></li><li><p>create and manage backlogs, define requirements and acceptance criteria</p></li><li><p>run Agile ceremonies (planning, daily, retrospectives)</p></li><li><p>work with project data and reporting (status, budget, progress)</p></li><li><p>participate in pre-implementation analysis and workshops</p></li><li><p>support presales activities (estimations, proposals, negotiations)</p></li><li><p>actively use AI/LLM-based tools in your daily work</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>We’re looking for you if:</strong></p><ul><li><p>you have experience as a Project Manager in IT or e-commerce projects</p></li><li><p>you have hands-on <strong>experience with Magento implementations</strong> (<strong>MUST HAVE</strong>)</p></li><li><p>you understand the relationship between scope – budget – quality – timeline</p></li><li><p>you have a solid technical background (APIs, repositories, integrations, etc.)</p></li><li><p>you understand SDLC and non-functional requirements (performance, security, scalability)</p></li><li><p>you communicate effectively with both clients and development teams</p></li><li><p>you are familiar with Agile methodologies (Scrum)</p></li><li><p>you work with tools like Jira and Confluence</p></li><li><p>you can clearly define requirements and communicate decisions</p></li><li><p>you are proactive, independent, and take ownership of your projects</p></li><li><p>you are fluent in English (min.
