<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>

<li>Oversee end‑to‑end U.S. payroll processing for salaried and hourly employees</li>
<li>Serve as the Workday Payroll subject‑matter expert</li>
<li>Lead payroll audits, reconciliations, and compliance activities</li>
<li>Partner with HR, Finance, and Benefits teams</li>
<li>Support process improvements and automation initiatives</li>
<li>Manage and mentor payroll staff as applicable</li>

<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>

<li>5+ years of payroll experience, including leadership responsibilities</li>
<li>Hands‑on Workday Payroll experience required</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of multi‑state payroll and compliance</li>
<li>Experience supporting high‑volume or complex payroll environments</li>
<li>Ability to work on‑site in the DC metro area</li>
