The Opportunity: Senior Design-Build Estimator (Mechanical) We are seeking a Senior Estimator with deep expertise in design-build mechanical projects. This role is ideal for a mid-career professional who combines technical knowledge with creativity, accuracy, and leadership presence. Key Responsibilities Lead estimating efforts for HVAC and piping design-build projects. Develop innovative, cost-effective proposals for healthcare, data center, and light industrial clients. Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and senior leadership to deliver winning solutions. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members as needed.
