Electrical Test Technician (Manufacturing)
Shift: All shifts available!
Pay: $27-$30/hr
This role is ideal for someone with a basic electrical background who enjoys hands-on manufacturing work and wants to grow their skills in electrical testing. You will support production by testing and verifying electrical components and systems to ensure quality, safety, and reliability.
Qualifications
- Basic electrical background through education or hands-on experience
- Ability to safely and accurately use a multimeter
- Understanding of electrical safety practices and willingness to follow safety procedures at all times
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
Key Responsibilities & Skills
- Perform electrical and functional testing on manufactured equipment
- Test switches, backup batteries, static transfer switches (STS), and uninterruptible power supplies (UPS)
- Work with electrical systems ranging from 208 to 480 volts
- Use multimeters and other test equipment to verify proper operation
- Read, understand, and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and safety guidelines
- Identify, troubleshoot, and report issues to support production flow
