Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging and creative lessons across a range of primary year groups Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where all pupils feel supported Follow school routines, policies, and lesson plans to ensure continuity of learning Build positive relationships with pupils and staff in each setting Maintain high standards of safeguarding and professionalism Key Requirements Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and confidence teaching the UK primary curriculum Flexible, reliable, and able to adapt quickly to new school environments Strong communication and behaviour management skills A genuine passion for supporting children’s academic and personal development Why Join Protocol Education?
