Setting: Onsite Industrial / Corporate Health Program

Coverage Dates:

• June 5
• June 11
• June 12
• June 15

• 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

• One required onsite training day prior to first shift

• Provide first aid and injury triage for workplace-related conditions
• Perform ergonomic assessments and implement corrective strategies
• Support early intervention and return-to-work planning
• Educate employees on injury prevention and wellness practices
• Collaborate with safety teams and site leadership
• Document encounters and provide actionable reporting insights

• Onsite industrial setting
• Focus on prevention and workforce safety
• Structured, predictable day shifts
• Collaborative environment with safety and operations teams

• BOC Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC)
• Active Florida state license
• Current BLS certification

• Experience in occupational health, industrial, or sports medicine settings
• Ergonomics and injury prevention background

• PRN coverage with clearly defined dates
• Day shifts only – no nights or weekends
