About the Role

Requirements You’re a perfect fit if: you have very good knowledge of legal and tax regulations as well as accounting principles, essential for the day-to-day work of an accounting team leader; you are familiar with both Polish and international accounting standards; you have at least 5 years of experience in full-cycle accounting, including the preparation and closure of financial statements; you have experience in managing a small team; you are fluent in English; you hold a university degree in economics or a related field; you demonstrate teamwork, reliability, consistency, and punctuality – all essential in managing accounting processes and leading a team. Job Description You will be responsible for: managing a 3–4 person team; overseeing accurate accounting records, the preparation of tax declarations, and financial reporting; ensuring smooth month and year-end closings; analysing and optimising processes; verifying financial documentation; supporting clients in strategic decision-making; fostering client relationships; monitoring legislations changes; onboarding new employees.
