About the Role
ELSA Qualified Teaching Assistant - Shard End
3.5 Days per Week | £97.21 - £105 per day
We are looking for a caring, dedicated, and experienced ELSA Qualified Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in Shard End on a part-time basis (3.5 days per week).
The Role
Provide emotional literacy support to pupils across the school
Deliver 1:1 and small group ELSA interventions
Support children with social, emotional, and mental health needs
Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and pastoral staff
Help create a positive and nurturing learning environment
Requirements
ELSA qualification essential
Previous experience working within a school setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Patient, empathetic, and supportive approach
Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
