What you can expect:
- Technical consulting for asset management in project development related to building services engineering (
), including modernization and repair of building services systems (TGA)
- Providing client-side project management services to external designers throughout all service phases of the HOAI to ensure that the defined design objectives are met
- Monitoring and reviewing the results of building services engineering planning for completeness, quality, plausibility, and cost, as well as implementing optimization measures to ensure that project objectives are reliably achieved
- Request for Proposals and Award of Contracts for Construction and Installation Services to Implement the Utility Supply Plans
- Support in the development of energy-efficient refurbishment plans and their integration into the overall portfolio
- Collaboration in cross-business special projects for the sustainable development of the technical building equipment of the entire portfolio as well as participation in scheduling, budget and cost planning
Your background:
- Successfully completed studies in the field of supply engineering or building services engineering or energy or environmental engineering, alternatively a corresponding master craftsman's qualification in the field of heating, ventilation and sanitation with several years of professional experience
- At least 5 years of professional experience and experience in planning supply concepts
- Proficiency in using the cost estimation software (iTwo) and MS Office
- High degree of team spirit, innovative ability and resilience
- Independent working style and friendly demeanor
