In this capacity, you will be responsible for the overall management, sales, vision, and execution within the division.Key Responsibilities:Management:P&L Management: Responsible for P&L to ensure the financial health and growth of the Consulting Division.Budget Planning: Develop and manage the budget for optimal allocation of resources and cost control.Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.Sales:Deal Closure: Identify and secure new major clients, driving business growth through successful deal negotiations and closures.Sales Team Management: Guide and support the sales team in achieving their targets, providing strategic direction and hands-on leadership.Vision:Growth and Development: Define and implement a strategic vision for the Consulting Division, focusing on long-term growth and development. Ensure the division stays ahead of industry trends and maintains a competitive edge.Delivery:Client Focus: Must possess deep knowledge and expertise in consulting delivery to ensure high-quality project execution. Implement best practices and methodologies to meet and exceed client expectations.QualificationsTo be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:Hold a minimum bachelor’s degree from reputable universityHas minimum 10-12 years relevant experience in Consulting IndustryPossess outstanding knowledge on management consulting/ strategy consultingLeadership skills and ability to work with various stakeholders globallyExperience in complex stakeholder management at senior levels of organization influencing, negotiating and partneringExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, in order to engage internal external business stakeholdersExcellent English language skills.
