Client Accounting Lead

Mitchell Adam are proud to be supporting a leading Property Management business in the appointment of a Client Accounting Leader, a senior position suited to an experienced professional looking to take ownership of both client delivery and team performance. This role sits at the centre of a key client relationship, combining technical oversight, stakeholder management and leadership responsibility within a high-performing and well-structured environment. Acting as the primary finance contact for a major client, you will oversee the delivery and quality of all reporting, ensuring accuracy, consistency and adherence to agreed service levels. You will take a lead role in managing complex queries, reviewing outputs and maintaining strong financial controls, while also guiding and developing a team of client accountants. Working closely with senior management, you will contribute to the ongoing improvement of processes, client experience and team capability, ensuring the function continues to operate at a high standard. Skills Needed Strong background in client or property accounting, with experience overseeing complex portfolios. Proven ability to deliver and review management accounts, budgets, forecasts and reconciliations. Established experience managing stakeholder relationships and leading discussions with senior clients. Demonstrable leadership capability, with experience supporting, mentoring or managing others.
