Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) for a
short-term onsite industrial assignment in Chicago, Illinois. This role supports an active workforce through
injury prevention, ergonomic assessments, and early intervention care in a structured, weekday-only schedule.

non-traditional, industrial setting with predictable hours.
Opportunity Details
Location: Chicago, Illinois
Setting: Onsite Industrial / Corporate Health Program
Assignment Dates:
- June 1 – June 19 (Monday–Friday)
Schedule:
- Monday / Wednesday / Friday: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Tuesday / Thursday: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
What You’ll Do
- Provide first aid and injury triage for workplace-related conditions
- Perform ergonomic assessments and implement corrective strategies
- Support early intervention and return-to-work planning
- Educate employees on injury prevention and wellness practices
- Partner with safety teams and HR to improve workforce health
- Document encounters and provide actionable reporting insights
Practice Environment

Requirements
- BOC Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC)
- Active Illinois state license
- Current BLS certification
