This role is based at home with approximately 50% travel within the territory to promote top-quality products supported by a strong management team and customer-focused ethos.</div> <div> </div> <div><strong>Job Duties</strong>:</div> <ul> <li>Oversee a significant customer base in an assigned sales region.</li> <li>Strategic account management involving building relationships in diverse vertical organizations and creating customized expansion strategies.</li> <li>Lead Business Development efforts and identify new prospects. Evaluate and cultivate future market and account possibilities.</li> <li>Implement sales strategies outlined by the Division, Sales, and Marketing Teams.</li> <li>Resolve challenging issues within the sales territory.</li> <li>Promote and market Company&#8217;s magnet wire and other related product lines, such as electrical motors and motor repair components.</li> <li>Coordinate resources internally and externally to cater to customers and potential clients.</li> <li>Collaborate with key suppliers to provide value-based solutions.</li> <li>Conduct well-planned sales meetings with customers and prospects, with prepared agendas and actionable follow-up tasks.</li> <li>Familiarity with the industrial distribution business model</li> <li>Technical expertise in electrical products and their applications</li> </ul> <div> </div> <div><strong>Requirements</strong>:</div> <ul> <li>3-5 years of relevant experience in industrial sales</li> <li>BS or BA in Business Administration, Sales, or similar field OR equivalent practical experience</li> <li>50% Travel required</li> <li>Prior experience in selling electrical motors, motor repair parts, magnet wire, electrical insulation, or related products is advantageous.</li> <li>Technical understanding of electrical products and their uses.</li> <li>Knowledge of the Transformer market is a plus.</li> </ul> <div>Keywords: Outside Sales Representative, Motors, Transformers, Motor Repair Parts, Wire and Cable Manufacturing</div> <div> </div> <div><strong>How to Apply &#8211; Click the Apply button and follow the online instructions.</strong></div>
