The role of Architectural Technologist Revit
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
Architectural Technologist
to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least
2 years' experience
who is passionate about delivering high-quality technical design work and enjoys working collaboratively on a variety of projects.
Key Responsibilities of Architectural Technologist Revit
- Produce accurate technical drawings and construction documentation.
- Develop and coordinate BIM models using Revit.
- Work closely with architects, consultants, and contractors throughout project delivery.
- Ensure designs comply with current Building Regulations and relevant standards.
- Attend project meetings and assist with site visits as required.
- Support projects from concept through to completion.
Essential Requirements Revit
- Minimum 2 years' experience in an Architectural Technologist role.
- Proficient in Autodesk Revit with the ability to produce high-quality technical drawings.
- Good understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction methods.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Desirable
- Experience working on residential or mixed-use developments.
- Knowledge of additional Autodesk or Adobe software.
- CIAT membership or working towards accreditation.
