Are you looking for meaningful SEN experience before moving into educational or clinical psychology?<br> <br>*** SEN Graduate Teaching Assistant<br> *** £85 - £102 per day<br> *** September 2026 to July 2027<br> *** School based near Lincoln centre<br> *** Provide specialist support to pupils with Autism, ADHD and EBD<br><strong> </strong><br><strong>The Role:</strong><br> Provide specialist support for pupils with Autism, ADHD, and emotional and behavioural difficulties through a mix of 1:1 work, small-group intervention, and structured classroom support. You will help pupils follow routines, regulate behaviour, access learning, build confidence, and engage more positively with school throughout the day.<br><strong> </strong><br><strong>The Candidate:</strong><br> You are calm, observant, and able to build trust through consistency and clear communication. You want practical school-based experience, you can stay patient in a busy setting, and you are interested in how targeted support helps pupils with additional needs feel secure and make progress.<br><strong> </strong><br><strong>Requirements</strong><br><ul><li>Degree – A 2:2 or above in a creative subject.</li><li>Communication – Clear and confident verbal and written communication.</li><li>Enhanced DBS – Must hold or be willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS certificate.</li><li>Desire to work in education/with children – Genuine interest in supporting pupil progress and wellbeing.</li><li>Career Goals – A desire to pursue a career in educational or clinical psychology.</li></ul><strong> </strong><br><strong>The School:</strong><br> This school based near Lincoln centre offers the chance to build valuable SEN experience in a setting where structure, patience, and purposeful support matter.
