Asset Manger - PBSA & SFH

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Asset Manager to join a growing UK living-sector platform focused on PBSA, Single Family Housing and Multifamily assets.  

The role will support the day-to-day asset management of operational and development portfolios, driving performance across leasing, stabilisation, budgeting, reporting and value creation initiatives.

Key experience required:

• 4–6 years’ experience in operational real estate, asset management or real estate investment
• Exposure to PBSA, SFH, Multifamily or wider residential sectors, including operationally intensive assets
• Strong financial reporting, budgeting, business planning and analytical capability with advanced Excel skills
• Experience monitoring operational performance, leasing, occupancy and value creation initiatives
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; MRICS or CFA desirable but not essential
