You'll be working on either French or German speaking regions of Europe, building relationships with leading organisations in the sector and matching them with scientific and medical talent<br /> <br /> <br /> <strong>About the Role</strong><br /> As a French or German speaking Recruitment Consultant, your mission will be to understand the unique hiring needs of our clients in the life sciences space and deliver high-calibre candidates to meet those needs.<br /> <br /> Your typical job responsibilities will include:&nbsp;<br /> <br /> </p> <ul> <li>Manage a portfolio of clients in the life sciences and medical industries</li> <li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates</li> <li>Work towards individual and team targets</li> <li>Source and interview candidates via phone and in-person</li> <li>Attend industry exhibitions, conferences, and client meetings</li> <li>Provide support to colleagues and contribute to team success</li> </ul> <p ><br /> <strong>Candidate Profile&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Fluency in either French or German</li> <li>Degree educated &ndash; ideally in life sciences, medical sciences, or business</li> <li>Recruitment or sales experience is preferred, but not essential (full training provided)</li> <li>Positive attitude with a collaborative mindset</li> <li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills</li> <li>Familiarity or willingness to learn medical/life science terminology</li> </ul> <p ><br /> <strong>Salary &amp; Benefits</strong><br /> Base Salary: &pound;28,000 - &pound;45,000 (experienced recruiters).
