Job Title: Machine Operator-{167845}

Location: Columbus, NE 68601

Pay Rate: $22.70/hr.

Schedule: B Shift: 6pm-6am (alternating days)

• Must be flexible for overtime, including weekends as needed

Overview:
We are seeking a reliable Machine Operator to support production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role involves operating equipment, performing quality checks, and maintaining production standards while following safety and GMP guidelines. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, safety-focused, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate production equipment safely and efficiently
• Perform visual inspections and quality checks on products
• Complete equipment changeovers, line clearances, and cleaning
• Perform basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime
• Maintain accurate production records, including SAP and MES entries
• Support continuous production flow and meet daily output goals
• Assist with rework and cross-training in multiple areas as needed
• Follow GMP, FDA, ISO, and company safety standards
• Maintain clean, organized work areas, including cleanroom environments
• Participate in team initiatives and process improvement efforts
