ACCOUNT DIRECTOR

Account Director – Hard FM | London | £90,000–£100,000 + Car + Bonus

We’re supporting a major facilities management provider with the appointment of an Account Director to lead a complex public sector Hard FM contract across London.

This is a senior leadership role overseeing a multi-site portfolio and leading an established operational structure including contract management, engineering, supervision and support functions.

You’ll take ownership for operational performance, client relationships, commercial delivery and identifying opportunities to expand project activity across the estate.

• Lead a significant Hard FM contract portfolio
• Manage and develop an operational team of 20+ people
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
• Drive service excellence, compliance and contract performance
• Identify and unlock additional project opportunities across the estate
• Influence long-term contract growth despite public sector budget constraints

What we’re looking for

• Senior FM leadership experience (Account Director / Contract Director / Senior Operations)
• Hard Services background
• Experience managing large, multi-site contracts
• Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder management
• Public sector, local authority or government estate exposure highly desirable
• Proven ability to lead teams and improve account performance

Package

• £90,000–£100,000 basic
• £5,880 car allowance
• Up to 25% bonus
• Additional benefits package
