These can include Finance, Insurance and Real Estate.</p> <p>Having enjoyed significant funding across the last year, they&#8217;re now seeking to expand by hiring a new Business Development Representative.</p> <p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline">What will I do as a BDR?</span></strong></p> <p>Joining as a Business Development Representative you will be helping the company at the front end of the sales process, contacting potential clients to discuss current challenges they&#8217;re facing around workflow and managing information.</p> <p>You&#8217;ll be guided by a rigorous training programme, supported by BMS, to begin your progression pathway from entry level BDR to a closing Account Executive &#8211; the goal is to gain your first promotion within 6-12 months!</p> <p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline">What are the company looking for?</span></strong></p> <p>This role is perfect for a confident communicator, capable of building relationships with new people consistently and working towards targets. This will be an intense role with plenty of rollercoaster moments and plenty of opportunity to learn, develop and earn.
