<p>This is a dedicated <strong>operating-only position</strong>, ideal for a vet who thrives in surgery and wants to focus on procedures without routine consults.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>

<li>Perform a wide range of surgical procedures
<li>Deliver high standards of patient care throughout the surgical process
<li>Work closely with the clinical team to ensure smooth case management
<li>Maintain excellent clinical and regulatory standards
<li>Support best practice protocols within surgery
</ul>
<p><strong>Working Pattern:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>4 days per week
<li>Structured rota supporting work-life balance

<h3><strong>About You</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Qualified Veterinary Surgeon registered with the RCVS (MRCVS)
<li>Strong surgical interest and confidence in routine procedures (advanced skills desirable)
<li>Passionate about delivering high-quality clinical care
<li>Team player with strong communication skills
<li>Keen to develop surgical skills further
</ul>
