Are you an empathetic and dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant looking for a consistent, full-time, permanent role? Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a proactive individual to provide vital 1-1 support within a specialized environment in Birmingham.This is a full-time, permanent opportunity starting as soon as possible, offering you the chance to make a measurable impact on a student's daily educational experience.The Role: 1-1 Specialist SupportIn this role, you will be the "right hand" to a student with additional needs, ensuring they can access the curriculum safely and confidently.
