You will:
Own and scale paid media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and Apple Search Ads—ensuring campaigns are aligned with business objectives and tailored to local markets (International Student, IMG (International Medical Graduates, International Clinicians)
Manage budgets, forecasts, and pacing to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS) while hitting volume targets
Develop and run A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, and audience strategies to drive conversion improvements
Analyze campaign performance using platforms like GA4, Looker, and channel dashboards, and turn insights into actionable recommendations
Collaborate cross-functionally with product marketing, creative, web, and local teams to ensure message and funnel consistency
Report on KPIs (e.g., CPA, LTV, ROAS, CR) and drive regular performance reviews with stakeholders
You bring:
Channel expertise: Hands-on experience managing paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and Apple Search Ads
Data-driven mindset: Confident working with performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, LTV, CTR, CR) and tools like GA4, Looker, Excel/Sheets, and attribution platforms
Testing & optimization skills: Strong knowledge of A/B testing, funnel analysis, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) best practices
Strategic thinking: Ability to connect campaign performance to broader business goals and adjust strategy accordingly
Collaboration & communication: Comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, creative, web, and analytics teams to align efforts and drive results
Creative judgment: You know how to brief, evaluate, and iterate on ad creatives to improve performance
Growth mindset: Proactive, curious, and eager to learn—always looking for ways to improve processes and outcomes
