Working closely with the Senior Leadership Team you will play a key role in shaping organisational structure, supporting recruitment and talent development.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: sans-serif">, including advertising vacancies, screening and shortlisting candidates, supporting interviews, conducting reference and background checks, drafting employment contracts and offer Aptos, sans-serif">HR policies, procedures and the employee handbook</strong><span style="font-family: Aptos, sans-serif">, ensuring alignment with current employment legislation and HR best style="font-family: Aptos, sans-serif">Development and Performance Review process</strong><span style="font-family: Aptos, sans-serif">, supporting managers in effective performance organisation&#8217;s compliance obligations.</span></p> </p> <p><strong style="font-family: Aptos, sans-serif">We are looking for someone who:</strong></p> <p><span style="font-family: Symbol;font-size: 10pt">ยท</span><span style="font-size: 7pt"> </span><span style="font-family: Aptos, sans-serif">Is </span><strong style="font-family: Aptos, sans-serif">CIPD Level 5 qualified (or equivalent)</strong><span style="font-family: Aptos, sans-serif">.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: Symbol;font-size: 10pt">ยท</span><span style="font-size: 7pt"> </span><span style="font-family: Aptos, sans-serif">Has </span><strong style="font-family: Aptos, sans-serif">previous HR experience within a manufacturing or production environment</strong><span
