Customer Supply Chain Manager

<p>Anderson Knight is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a leading international FMCG organisation for a Customer Supply Chain Manager based in Glasgow.<br /> This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced supply chain professional to lead a high-performing team responsible for customer order fulfilment, logistics execution, shipping and export documentation. You will play a key role in ensuring customer commitments are delivered on time and in full, while balancing service excellence, operational efficiency and cost control.</p> <p>Salary &#8211; £55,000 + Benefits</p> <p>What You&#8217;ll Be Doing:<br /> • Leading, coaching and developing a team responsible for order fulfilment, shipping and export documentation<br /> • Managing the end-to-end order-to-shipment process, ensuring accuracy, compliance and on-time delivery<br /> • Coordinating with internal teams and logistics partners to support customer and market requirements<br /> • Monitoring operational performance through KPIs and service level metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement<br /> • Managing export and customs documentation, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations<br /> • Supporting inventory deployment, cost control and working capital objectives<br /> • Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service, efficiency and operational performance</p> <p>What We&#8217;re Looking For:<br /> • Previous experience in a supply chain, logistics or customer operations management role<br /> • Strong people management experience with the ability to develop and motivate teams<br /> • Knowledge of shipping, export processes and customs documentation<br /> • Experience working within FMCG, manufacturing or a similar fast-paced environment<br /> • Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills<br /> • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills<br /> • Experience using ERP and supply chain management systems</p> <p>Benefits:<br /> • Competitive salary of £55,000<br /> • Bonus and benefits package<br /> • Pension scheme<br /> • Career development opportunities within a global organisation<br /> • Supportive and collaborative working environment</p> <p>If you&#8217;re an experienced supply chain leader looking for your next challenge, please apply today or contact Anderson Knight for a confidential discussion.</p>
