Salary: $25 - $27.50 p/hr + full benefits

They are looking for a motivated Roofing Laborer to work in their residential & solar division throughout Broward and Palm Beach counties.

Responsibilities

• Install various types of roofing materials, including shingles, tiles, metal, and flat roofing systems.
• Ensure proper installation techniques to prevent leaks and ensure durability.
• Safety Compliance:
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) such as harnesses, hard hats, and safety glasses.
• Ensure that all work areas are safe and clean.
• Material Handling and Preparation:
• Select and prepare roofing materials required for each project.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of materials to prevent damage.
• Perform physically demanding tasks, including climbing ladders, lifting heavy materials, and working in various weather conditions.
